CA Shanil Jain, who is tech savvy and a qualified Systems’ Auditor (DISA by ICAI), helped Mrs. Nanda Jain to set-up the operations of the company with an IT driven approach. As of today, almost all the operations of SLTA are IT based and seldom require physical client interaction for routine work and financial transactions of the clients’. CA Shanil Jain, having an experience of 12 years practicing in the field of Income Tax, GST (earlier Service Tax and Excise Duty), Statutory Company Audit and Company law compliances, Statutory Bank Branch Audit, Management Consultancy to manufacturing industry clients and real estate developers, Internal Audit and Systems’ Audit of Securities Broker & Depository Participants to further diversify the services offered to their existing client of Chartered Accountancy practice decided to enter in the field of financial services and offer his expertise in the field of financial services and building portfolios that are customized to suit the varied requirements of different customers. The mother-son duo was then joined by Mr. Diwakar Sharma in the year 2021.
