Palak Agarwal

Palak Agrawal is an Associate Counsel in the Chambers, with a strong academic background and a focused interest in civil, commercial, and intellectual property laws. She is a gold medalist in B.A. LL.B. (Hons.), with a specialization in Intellectual Property Law, and is presently pursuing her LL.M. from the Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi. She is also a national rank holder, reflecting consistent academic distinction.

Palak’s practice is oriented towards civil and commercial disputes, alongside advisory work in intellectual property law. She has a particular interest in patent law and alternative dispute resolution, and her work reflects a blend of academic depth and practical application.
