Tanishka is a skilled legal professional with a strong foundation in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). She completed her B.A. LL.B. from Amity Law School in 2021, specializing in IPR, and began her legal career in Delhi with a prominent law firm’s Intellectual Property team. There, she gained hands-on experience in Intellectual Property Right matters, working with clients across various sectors. 

Currently, Tanishka is heading the IPR Division at SC & A Legal, where she continues to build on her IPR expertise. She assists clients with a range of intellectual property matters, offering practical legal solutions backed by solid academic training and real-world experience. Her approach is detail-oriented, client-focused, and aligned with the dynamic needs of the IP landscape..
