Aadil Naushad is a dedicated legal professional with extensive experience in insolvency and bankruptcy laws, currently practising before the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). He specializes in corporate restructuring and insolvency proceedings, offering strategic legal advice to clients during critical business transitions. In addition to insolvency law, he actively practises arbitration and commercial litigation, representing clients before various forums across the country. With a comprehensive understanding of dispute resolution and regulatory frameworks, Aadil delivers tailored legal solutions to meet diverse client needs. 

Aadil Naushad holds a BBA LLB (Hons) degree from Amity University and an LLM from CHRIST University, Bangalore, specializing in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law. Aadil Naushad Joined SC&A legal as an associate and has now grown up the ladder to become a Principal Associate.
