Akanksha joined SC & A Legal in 2022 as a fresher after graduating with a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from the Department of Law, Calcutta University, where she secured First Class, ranking 4th in her batch. During her academic journey, she interned with several reputed law firms and chambers in Kolkata, gaining valuable exposure to litigation and real estate matters. 

At SC & A Legal, Akanksha has grown into her role as a Senior Associate, practising before the High Court at Calcutta, various Tribunals and District Courts across West Bengal, the Supreme Court of India, as well as multiple High Courts across the country. She has developed expertise in civil suits, succession matters, taxation and SARFAESI proceedings, white-collar crimes, cheque dishonour cases, electricity disputes, and more. Akanksha plays an instrumental role in assisting the team in securing various favourable orders. 

Beyond her professional practice, Akanksha is valued for her leadership skills within the firm. She plays an active role in mentoring young interns and junior colleagues, who look up to her for guidance, encouragement, and practical insights into litigation. Her diligence, discipline, and client-centric approach set her apart, making her both a trusted advisor to clients and a valued team member within the firm.
